Since officially in Canon, Humans don’t have an official home world. It has been rumoured that Coruscant was the planet humans originated from long ago, but has it’s history, landscape and demographics radically altered since it being the official capital of the Republic.

This makes Humans in the Star Wars universe the galaxy’s biggest diaspora with countless developed worlds like Alderaan, Corellia, Mandalore, Naboo etc. but with no original homeland.
