The best banks are online-only, like Captital One 360 or Ally. They have fantastic interest rates, no monthly fees, and are very convenient. Unfortunately those don't support international wires either.

BoA, Chase, and Wells Fargo are disasters who are always screwing over their customers. Smaller regional banks (PNC, SunTrust, etc) are mediocre, but probably your best bet for lower idiocy + international transfers.

Trump has been at least partially successful. The Rust Belt area I'm in has seen a good economic recovery, which was the reason a lot of blue-collar union workers voted Trump in. As long as we don't hit a major recession/depression the Rust Belt will reelect him. The wall is generally supported, but not nearly a big deal as the economy.

As long as Trump can keep blue-collar workers voting for him, we'll likely win. Biden is the most dangerous, since he can undermine Trump amongst the blue-collar union workers.

I think Biden is likely to win Iowa, but won't fare well outside the Rust Belt. Bernie will win New Hampshire, Kamala will win California, and it will devolve to a clusterfuck.

Federation is partway between centralized services and fully distributed services. Centralized services are easy to build, but easy to censor and provide a central point of failure. Distributed is very difficult to censor and not reliant on any one person, but difficult to implement properly.

Federated is easy to implement, but also difficult to censor unless you can shut down all the individual servers.
