I got a chrome extension that makes all trumps tweets crayon and its hilarious

Because not believing stuff without any evidence is the most arrogant position

Unless you could show that it is impossible for western civilization to be great without God

Also you realize countries with lower crime rates are more secular

So invading a lot of native american territory isn't an example of that?

I could name some shitty things Christians have done too. The actions of a few evil people don't represent the entire group

I actually value life a lot. That's why I went vegetarian

I could go into detail about my moral philosophy, but that would take a while. Essentially its an improved version of utilitarianism that focuses more on empathy and perspective than overall pleasure

Okay either you don't know what utilitarianism is or you're just strawmanning the shit out of me now

I define everything that is sentient to have moral value. Things which are not sentient don't have moral value because they lack the ability to care

Sentience is when one begins to care about what happens to them or anyone. For fetuses, not early pregnancy fetuses, but late pregnancy fetuses are sentient. People with dementia are sentient. For people in a coma, this is an exception because they did care what happens to them and will possibility be sentient again in the future. This isa an example of a difference between my philosophy and utilitarianism

@Sooth Slayer I had to go to work, but I'd hardly call using reasoning to determine why humans have a sense of morality built in them and what that sense is "playing god". It sounds like you think I just define morality to be whatever I want it to be, which is far from the case. Otherwise I wouldn't make certain decisions, like going vegetarian, purely on the basis of morality. I constantly question my own moral philosophy and try to notice any flaws or absurdities in it, which is something I don't see Christians doing that often

What part of my philosophy states that the means of production ought to be owned by the workers? My moral philosophy has nothing to do with socialism. I don't even consider myself a socialist. My philosophy is more about considering all perspectives, whether they exist or not, and making decisions based on those perspectives.

If you don't judge your thoughts how do you improve yourself?

And to not judge yourself is to deny any of your wrongdoings

This server is BBBBBBEEEEEEEEYYYYYYHHHHHHHDDDDDDDUUUUUUUHHHHHH

Once I get my own apartment I'll probably cut most processed foods out of my diet

When one makes a claim, the burden of proof is on them to prove it. Not on the person evaluating the claim

Also the source for that claim is a broken link so there is no way to verify that

Not to much. Is what you're saying is that the evidence is in the doctrine of Islam?

You made a statistical claim about the present. You can't use a 1300 year old book to prove those claims, so saying "the proof is in the pudding" is invalid

With that logic I could make up any random number and use the Quran as proof

I'm working on finding that study, and if that study is valid it would be proof, but the Quran isn't proof

Rn I'm finding these articles all lead to the same link, which is broken

Imagine only valuing your life based on the children you bring into it

Shape is a social construct, therefore the earth doesn't have a shape

The original tweet was a video of Jesse talking

And it was very clearly Jesse calling Steven Crowder beta for not debating Sam

Listening to Jesse talk feels like dial up internet
