i think what you really need to do is look at all the reasons people get into drugs in the first place, and try to work on that as well. like i said before there isnt just one solution, there needs to be many changes in different aspects of society as a whole.

I only know weed an an example, in my state it's not legal and street price is $250/Ounce, where it's legal it's as low as $100/oz and the theoretical minimum profit margin for an ounce of weed is $60
