Sold it as is, and this guy also didn't take the time to realize there's a little button to switch bios. It powers on, but doesn't display an image. I unfortunately can't think of any way to pry for information without giving it away and driving the price up.

Turtle beach was always pretty low quality, but they really went down hill after the x11.

X12s had better audio clarity, and supposedly fixed the controller charging buzzing sounds (they didnt). But the earcups were way too small, and the foam pads were really hard. They were light and actually felt cheap.
