there is a gap between the top plate and the pcb, i filled some parts of the gap with foam meant for gym flooring, that helped a lot

its more of an arts and crafts operation than a science

you dont need a lot at all, and you can also fill the bottom of the case with shelf liner but im not sure if that helps as much

also i wouldnt recommend it because the plastic screw stabs on the bottom of the case are... made out of plastic and break super easily
