Now if it happens only when you open the program, something must has gone bad in either the files or your gpu from what I read. If it's happening even without opening the program a virus could also be lurking somewhere

I cleared my temp files, made sure I had turned off notifications (same for Cortana)

Checking my resource monitors... whenever I manipulate my models the GPU usage spikes to 95%+. CPU is only maxing out around 30% total use. There’s another line, on the CPU graph, depicted as “maximum frequency” and I see it going over 100% whenever I do anything.
