This is where Marx comes in. Immigration exists because of the economic superiority of Europe. They are economic immigrants. And it is allowed because immigrants are seen as new debtors ready to take on more loans and make profit for the banks. The issue no one is talking about it the ruling class, which is directly allowing all of this to happen; to fight over the scraps.
