There are some seriously nice designated places for graffiti. None of the artists actually known, but they make some seriously nice looking stuff, sometimes with a message

A real message, towards everyone not willing to live inside the box.

A graffiti wall is fine, it stops the shit from being sprayed everywhere but it still looks like shit

I like random graffitti.

Not on used buildings, mind you

I kind of forced myself through Fallout 3. The Alien DLC was a lovely change of pace.

Graffiti ing on public buildings is even worse because then tax payers have to pay to fix it

I'd say spray paint as an actual act of aggression with art as the medium, so long as the art is even stronger than the aggression. People have to actually see a message, and it has to be greater than the damage you're doing.
