This very passage insinuates life after life. Like I said no one becomes perfect.
I understand your reasons for it. Itโs very attractive in how it sounds. Chance after chance. But I simply donโt read that anywhere in the Bible, or extra biblical texts.
Yehovah compares us to grass. Well in the desert grass dies every summer and is reborn every spring. This is saying life after life.
There is the passage saying that sinners will pay for their sins for their next 3 to 4 lifes. You have to go to the Hebrew to understand this. It does not say child and grandchild but would had it meant that.
It makes total sense if I sin I should pay the price. No sense my children and grandchildren should pay for my sins. I often see wonderful people with horrible parents.
It makes sense if you understand thereโs consequences for doing wrong, and that a person does effect others as a result.
And yes. Many great people are born from adversity. From parents who did wrong.
I see so many people who do all they can to be the opposite of horrible parents. They are not paying the price for their parents sins.
Why should they. Does that seem fair. Not to me. Yet I know Yehovah is fair.
He is treated harshly by man for all the good he is. It only makes sense his children reflect that too.
Well men are treated harshly for being good in many cases. Isaiah 53 says this will happen. Misread by Christians of course.
Iโm treated harshly oftentimes by other believers, merely by calling myself Christian. When I donโt subscribe to any denomination in it.
Yes Christian persecution is a very big problem on the earth. Christian genocide is far worse than Jewish. Numerous Christians are dying in Africa due to persecution.
I love all Christians and see it as very good for them.
We love you too. ๐โค๏ธ

I have a very minority religious belief. However I have found many who believe in reincarnation and the Bible.
We always come back as a human.
Genesis 1 says man and woman were created at the same time.
Then in Genesis 2 it speaks of generations of the heaven and earth. Seems a long time.
Then Yehovah builds a garden on a part of earth where it had never rained. Not the entire earth.
Places Adam in it. Adam gives names to all the animals and such. Eve is taken out of Adam and made. Half of Adam is what the Hebrew says.
The word for Satan who tempted Adam and Eve is not that. Most likely it was a part of them. Our inner self or something. The word is not really known well. But it is not a snake as there is a known name for that. Also later on god says this thing will take the lives of those hiding from Yehovah when Yehovah comes.
I wish I knew more. But it only says so much. My guess would be Adam became very good. So Yehovah chose him as the first Prophet and put him in the Garden knowing he would only be able to spend a certain amount of time there.
Cain killed Abel. Then he went and made a city elsewhere on earth. A named country. So this indicated that other people were on earth just not in Eden.
The book of jubilee says it was awan, his twin sister that he took for a wife. And it was the land of Nod. It was simply the name of the area. A granted area for him to go to, imo.
Not so sure the validity of this book. When I read it it simply did not seem valid to me. But Genesis also says Nod. I just could not remember till you said it.
Itโs a good read.
I loved reading another book. Jasper but knew it was fake when I started reading it.
It gets so many things wrong proving whoever wrote it knew very little about ancient names and even geography.
You mean Jasher??
Yes. Fell and now my brain makes bad connections on old memory.
I read that. I couldnโt find anything that contradicted anything canon. Although many things could be difficult to digest.
I remember the substance of it. Just do not connect correctly with the name.
Itโs the same book that is mentioned in canon directly, twice.
It got the name of Africa wrong. Not called that till much after it happened. He speaks of an Aqueduct from Rome to Egypt. Impossible. He must not have known where they were.
People who wrote the Bible, took it as scripture themselves.
I thought it explained quite well the areas Noahโs descendants inherited.
Jubilee. Yes it is part of the Orthodox Bible.
Between Japheth, Shem, and Ham. It was rather clear to me where we get the so called โracesโ today.
I would have to look it up, but I was under the distinct impression Japheth received the north and northwest, Shem the middle land, and Ham the southern areas.
And between all these areas, it makes sense to me how many people are crosses in between.
Itโs a lot to get into.
Amen Derek
Been getting into how China and Japan used to big time followers of Yah. But theyโve forgotten him.
Been some time since I read it. Will look at it again.
Wow what a connection. Interesting.
Saw that from @Lampz
But havenโt heard from them in quite some time.
Jub 1:22. And thou, write down for thyself all these words which I have this day make known to thee on this mountain, the first and the last and what is future, according to all the division of days in the law and in the testimony, and according to the weeks ' of the jubilees to eternity, until I descend and dwell with them in all eternity.
23. And he said to the angel of the face;' "Write for Moses from the beginning of creation until my sanctuary shall have been established in their midst for all eternity, and the Lord will have
peared to the eyes of all, and all will know that I am the God of Israel and the Father of all of the children of Jacob and King on Mount Zion from eternity to eternity. And Zion and Jerusalem will be holy."
2:2. And at that time we saw his work and praised him and lauded before him on account of all his work, for seven great things did he make on the first day."
Who is this we? Who is doing the praising? Why would they do that? This is very confusing to me. Also it says he created angels. I am rather sure they existed before the earth was created. Might answer the question who praised him but not why do so. As I see it they all worked as one.
STEVE the BIBLE says.. " It is for Man to live but once.... then the Judgement" there is NO re-incarnation
you dont return to another life here on EARTH.. that is false teaching
In the New Testament. To me what it says there matters not. To you it does and that is fine with me.
there will be a NEW HEAVEN and a NEW EARTH
then do NOT quote anything that is false please
there IS NO coming back here
We have to deal with all kinds of doctrines, Roche. Best thing to do, is love them anyway, and let God be true.
I am Old Testament Only. Not a Jew.
love them yes.. but no to let them MISQUOTE and promote false teaching Derek
You are Christian and I praise you for that.
you are WITHOUT Jesus and i pity you for that
i will pray for you
I have to say though. Old Testament only.. You donโt recognize what Paul has to say? He was Old Testament too.
And I will pray for you. I will love you.
After his bout with Peter he was and then it ends. We know no more of what he taught except he lost half of his followers.
the OT has over 300 prophecies of JESUS .. how can you deny that
I went over 365 and found not a single one valid. \
fulfilled "to the day"
omg you are in trouble
show me the invalidity
I suppose it may be a matter of faith.
you cannot
I prefer not to. Christianity is good for you.
Paulโs writings even if you canโt confirm them, are definitely his. Can tell.
what about the prophecy TO THE DAY fulfilled of CHRIST riding the donkey into JERUSELEM
to the day
Let me just say this. Baptism is not in the Old Testament. They did not do it. So why was John the Baptist doing it.
i see.. avoidance is best for you
As a precursor to Christ.
No I am trying to let you keep your Christian belief.
John baptized to symbolize a baptism that would take place.
and i am trying to show you the way to Salvation
you have nothing to do with my FAITH by the way
Then why did Jesus go to be Baptized. Where did John get the right to do this? Did he create a brand new doctrine without prophecy?
It was prophecy that JESUS be baptized
John was doing this prior to Jesus going to John.
by water.. by John
If this is not in the Old Testament which religion did it come from?
" I baptise with water.. but He that cometh after me Baptiseth with FIRE" He is the Christ.
Matthew 3:15
**Matthew 3:15 - King James Version (KJV)**
```Dust
<15> And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him. ```
John the baptist
It was right to do so. John was making a way for Jesus.
OK which verse is in the Old Testament on Baptism. You can not fulfil what does not exist.
when John saw Jesus .. john fell to His feet and cried " MASTER"
Jesus told John to baptise him with water
