Which is extremely common for those who haven't gone to college--and when you add the fact AA is factored into college admission, you've got this sort of thing turn into a massive systemic issue hindering white people from making kids
these would be what we have to target
an executive order, I just can't believe that shit
Fuck you LBJ
Most federal AA is either by executive order, implied law, or something like that.
like you write "anti-discrimination" in a law and wink if you're the Congress because no one will vote for this shit without it being shady
53 years and no R president has thought to repeal this?
Like this is where the US Code prevents hiring discrimination based on IQ
And no, in fact the movement against this only began with David Duke in 1993 or so
It just fucking bewilders me
it's so easy if it's just executive order
if I ever run, I swear what I'd do
(a) Employer practicesIt shall be an unlawful employment practice for an employerโ
(1) to fail or refuse to hire or to discharge any individual, or otherwise to discriminate against any individual with respect to his compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment, because of such individualโs race, color, religion, sex, or national origin; or
(2) to limit, segregate, or classify his employees or applicants for employment in any way which would deprive or tend to deprive any individual of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect his status as an employee, because of such individualโs race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
This is literally the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
The courts have interpreted this as prohibiting IQ discrimination because blacks are stupid.
The way I see it, the generic Bachelor's req commonly in use today is basically discriminatory by this standard, by the way.
Because the SCOTUS extended this to any job requirement not directly related to the job
While IQ is relevant to any job, it's not good enough for the Supreme Court--so obviously, "education," which is obviously somehow obscurely related to any job (but not as much as IQ), is only legally distinguished by the fact AA affects it.
God doesn't have an anti-discrimination policy when He assigns your DNA.
LBJ is the worst thing to ever happen to the country

RED STORM ALERT
RED STORM ALERT
RED STORM ALERT
RED STORM ALERT
THE NEXT BIG RACE IS IN ARIZONA. APRIL 24
DEBBIE LESKO (R) VS HIRAL TIPIRNENI (D)
Let's go full speed ahead on the midterms. THE MIDTERMS ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR US! REALIZE THIS!
PA-18 shows that EVERY SINGLE VOTE MATTERS. The GOP needs to learn that their messaging SUCKS, and hopefully we can get it through their thick skulls
SORRY DRUMPFKINS
ALABAMA,
PENNSYLVANIA
AZ IS NEXT
Dear god the smug radiating off this makes me need a hazmat suit
it's supposed to anger you to go out and vote
GET ANGRY
ANGERY
Iโm sorry, whenever I see the term Drumpfkin I immediately want to kill myself. You did a good job emulating twitter on a daily basis
Arizona is essential.
Make propoganda posters to scare D's into voting R.
well i guess pa is cucked
beyond restoration
no, they had to run basically an R to win that district
he didn't run on the dnc party line, he may end up voting that way, but the thing is, they had to run someone like that to even compete
not to mention the absolute laziness coming from saccone
no
republicans aren't winning ever
I'm blackpilled now bitches
just kidding
lol
But this could be worrying. The Dems see this as a working strategy. Whoโs to say that they wonโt run a โtotally Republicanโ Democrat and flip the tables.
yeah, that's gonna be a big problem
This seat seems to be safe, though.
I don't think the Democrat can win over enough voters.
the issue is the incumbent is retiring, which is good because he's a RINO, but it's much much harder without someone already there
Essentially, if they donโt run a retarded candidate weโll be fine
@GermanEastAfrica Yeah, that's a strategy that will work exactly once.
State senator is running.
Seems to be a good Republican.
that's what we hope
@Pielover19 where?
@Captain Who I suppose so, Iโm just a bit paranoid about it is all.
It is a legit thing to be paranoid about.
โI have a reputation of doing things that directly help my constituents,โ Lesko told Fox News. โPeople in my district believe in everything that everyone else in the nation believes in: securing the border โฆ national security, a good economy, good jobs. But they also really care about local issues, and I have a history of helping them with that.โ
Many of those national issues, according to Leskoโs campaign website, echo some of President Trumpโs agenda items, such as building a border wall, strengthening the countryโs missile defense program against potential threats from North Korean leader Kim Jong Un (who her website calls an โinsane madmanโ) and protecting the Second Amendment.
Aside from those issues, Lesko also wants to talk about domestic violence. She said she was able to leave an abusive husband about 25 years ago.
โDomestic violence is a very prevalent problem, and it can happen to anyone. It doesnโt matter what their status is, what their educational background is,โ she said. โIt happens to so many women, and I just want them to know they can get out of it and become successful, because I did it. Iโm living proof of it.โ
She has since remarried and has three children.
Lesko first got into politics with her local Republican Party, starting off as a district chairman, an elected volunteer position. She rose through the ranks, becoming a state Republican Party officer before she won a state House seat. She served as a representative for six years and as a state senator for three.
Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, has endorsed Lesko, his office confirmed to Fox News.
This is the Republican candidate.
I think that Arizona's best chance is probably going to be McSally, she'll vote the way she's supposed to.
For Frank's old seat.
But progressives trying to pretend as a conservative democrat anywhere but Pennsylvania will come off as disingenuous as Hillary Clinton quoting the bible.
I mentioned it last night, Pennsylvania Democrat is a category of its own.
Tipirneni knows that she is running as a Democrat in a conservative district, but she doesnโt dwell on that. For her, itโs not about a political party so much as it is about representing the district.
โOne of the big reasons I decided to run is Iโm so frustrated by the lack of forward progress, divisiveness and standing solely on a partisan [ground],โ Tipirneni told Fox News.
โIโm looking to bring people together to the table to have a conversation,โ she continued. โA lot of folks feel alienated. I would fight on their behalf and not fight about ideology.โ
Her campaign website pushes for more bipartisan solutions to hot-button issues. For example, on the Second Amendment, Tipirneni says she supports the rights of โlaw-abiding Americans to obtain firearms through legal channels to protect their homes, themselves and their families, and for hunting and sport.โ But she also supports โcommonsense gun reform,โ such as eliminating certain background check loopholes.
The top of the Second Amendment section on Tipirneni's site declares: โWhen progressives and conservatives work together, we can accomplish great things.โ
While Tipirneni has volunteered on other campaigns, this is her first foray into politics. She said she isnโt โlooking to build [her] political resumeโ but just wants to help those in her district.
โThe reason Iโm doing this is because I am a constituent as well in this district, and Iโve spent many years frustrated, feeling that I donโt have a voice in D.C.,โ she said.
This is Democrat.
Looks bad, actually.
The senate seat probably will be McSally vs. Sinema
This is the article I'm quoting for the special election.
Dem is against the border wall, a HUGE issue in Arizona, so hopefully we can win.
oh, the potential McCain one?
No, the April special election.
For Trent Frank's seat.
In the House.
Lesko seems pretty good
ah, okay, thanks, I was pretty confused
Dem running on healthcare to appeal to the elderly voting base.
Hopefully it'll work out, we need some sort of momentum
Rep running on immigration.
We need to spam pro-immigration spiel around this area.
So the usual Dem points
REALLY far-left positions.
Scare people who don't want their district to be 20 percent white.
One thing to look at is how the blue checkmark squad will influence this. Twitter can be a powerful tool
Trump might hold a rally here.
I would love to see that.
Announce his endorsements for Lesko and the senate candidate.
I'd like to see how multiple rallies would work out
TRUMP TRUMP
TRUMP TRUMP
TRUMP TRUMP
TRUMP TRUMP
TRUMP TRUMP
He's going to do a ton of rallies later this year,
