the moon

2019-11-03 17:28:43 UTC

Yeah so you can't trust it.

2019-11-03 17:29:35 UTC

2019-11-03 17:29:43 UTC

Watch the actual video.

2019-11-03 17:29:47 UTC

You can see the obvious fish eye lens.

2019-11-03 17:30:01 UTC

Same curvature when he's like 20' from the ground.

2019-11-03 17:30:17 UTC
2019-11-03 17:30:40 UTC

Okay Iโ€™m sure itโ€™s like that to help the quality a fish eye lens doesnโ€™t make the earth flat

2019-11-03 17:30:57 UTC

No it gives the illusion of a globe.

2019-11-03 17:31:12 UTC

Those are images where NASA edited them.

2019-11-03 17:31:15 UTC

Look at any modern movie.

2019-11-03 17:31:17 UTC

CGI has gotten very good.

2019-11-03 17:31:23 UTC

And NASA has BILLIONS of dollars in budget.

2019-11-03 17:31:28 UTC

So they have the best of the best.

2019-11-03 17:31:57 UTC

How do you know that the images are fake?

2019-11-03 17:32:02 UTC

Oh, looks like NASA forgot that metal poles don't bend like that.

2019-11-03 17:32:16 UTC

Thereโ€™s a all day all the time stream on YouTube and guess what you canโ€™t edit streams and youโ€™d be able to tell if it was fake or not

2019-11-03 17:32:23 UTC

Oh, yes you can.

2019-11-03 17:32:27 UTC

And how do you know it's a stream?

2019-11-03 17:32:41 UTC

Literally could just be a high budget CGI video.

2019-11-03 17:32:48 UTC

Slowed down for effect.

2019-11-03 17:33:20 UTC

Do you know how rockets work in a vacuum?

2019-11-03 17:33:32 UTC

CGI can do incredible things.

2019-11-03 17:33:42 UTC

you would need so much stock footage to run a livestream that long

2019-11-03 17:33:43 UTC

NASA just makes rockets go out of sight.

2019-11-03 17:33:46 UTC

as a livestreamer myself

2019-11-03 17:33:50 UTC

NASA has billions.

2019-11-03 17:33:53 UTC

Anything is possible.

2019-11-03 17:34:43 UTC

so they would have to invest all of that in plenty of stock footage, an amazing internet connection to get consistent bitrates, not to mention any graphics they may or may not have made for the channel.

2019-11-03 17:34:50 UTC

And that's a surface take without my OBS studio open

2019-11-03 17:34:53 UTC

To make a non stop stream isnโ€™t really possibld fake

2019-11-03 17:36:11 UTC

@๐ŸŽƒOakheart๐ŸŽƒ You can see that the live stream is real because you can match the cloud patterns. And when tornados and storms happen they are visable in the stream too.

2019-11-03 17:36:11 UTC

Iโ€™ve live streamed multiple times in the past and doing that would be nearly impossible youโ€™d need months of prep for like the first few weeks of the stream

2019-11-03 17:39:26 UTC

But NASA has billions and years of prep.

2019-11-03 17:40:25 UTC

CGI can do crap like this

2019-11-03 17:40:28 UTC

https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/484516084846952451/640606235753971762/f390c0cddded38d76f7a6e39994f719e.png

2019-11-03 17:40:32 UTC

Does that mean that NOA is also fake.

2019-11-03 17:40:34 UTC

They can make massive outer space ships.

2019-11-03 17:40:55 UTC

Watch the new star wars, the plot is horrible but you can see the CGI.

2019-11-03 17:40:56 UTC

@๐ŸŽƒOakheart๐ŸŽƒ Then why does NASA make slipp ups?

2019-11-03 17:41:03 UTC

Because everyone makes mistakes

2019-11-03 17:41:52 UTC

But donโ€™t yea think a BILLION $ company would go through check and check before it goes to the public?

2019-11-03 17:46:56 UTC

@๐ŸŽƒOakheart๐ŸŽƒ You have no evidence that the photos are CGI. There is literally no reason for us to believe you. Thus far you have just made claims and have't backed them with any proof or evidence. Anybody can do that.

2019-11-03 17:47:16 UTC

2019-11-03 17:47:18 UTC

NASA livestream has been live since 28 december last year, meaning roughly 7440 of live content

2019-11-03 17:47:32 UTC

7440 hours*

2019-11-03 17:47:47 UTC

im amazed at how often i just misspell or drop words

2019-11-03 17:48:37 UTC

And that would be a lot of stock images to constantly put out

2019-11-03 17:51:03 UTC

Actually I have provided a plethora of evidence.

2019-11-03 17:51:08 UTC

You all have not done so.

2019-11-03 17:51:33 UTC

I have posted dozens of pictures and cited a few articles as well.

2019-11-03 17:51:38 UTC

You just dismiss it.

2019-11-03 17:51:47 UTC

So you guys then 100% NASA is telling the truth 100% of the time

2019-11-03 17:52:02 UTC

no because no one tells the truth 100% of the time

2019-11-03 17:52:23 UTC

Ok but you guys blindly accept whatever the media feeds you.

2019-11-03 17:52:26 UTC

no

2019-11-03 17:52:30 UTC

nice assumption

2019-11-03 17:52:31 UTC

but no

2019-11-03 17:53:11 UTC

I just wish you guys would provide some shred of evidence that I am wrong.

2019-11-03 17:53:11 UTC

no source of media can truly be trusted every single one has an angle to push

2019-11-03 17:53:14 UTC

source of news rather

2019-11-03 17:53:17 UTC

I admit, I do NOT know everything.

2019-11-03 17:53:20 UTC

Nor do I claim to.

<:flatearth:564527756180979724>

2019-11-03 17:54:30 UTC

i mean when it comes down to it i dont think theres a point in trying to find some truth

2019-11-03 17:54:33 UTC

all gonna die anyway

2019-11-03 17:54:40 UTC

Can you explain gravity, eclipses, seasons, time zones on a flat earth? @๐ŸŽƒOakheart๐ŸŽƒ

2019-11-03 17:57:23 UTC

One moment.

2019-11-03 18:02:47 UTC

2019-11-03 18:04:20 UTC

How does that do eclipses?

2019-11-03 18:05:14 UTC

Well the sun and the moon aren't always moving at the same speed

2019-11-03 18:05:19 UTC

That is just a simplified diagram.

2019-11-03 18:07:31 UTC

So sometimes they overlap, and the shadows can as well.

2019-11-03 18:08:05 UTC

Could you show me a non-simplified diagram? Makes arguing a lot easier

2019-11-03 18:09:37 UTC

https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/484516084846952451/640613572212293656/hqdefault.png

2019-11-03 18:09:52 UTC

There is also the possibility of a light blocking object in the sky, one that is unseen.

2019-11-03 18:11:09 UTC

So the detailed version has only two orbits?

2019-11-03 18:11:55 UTC

Well many things are in orbit.

2019-11-03 18:12:08 UTC

I don't doubt nasa has satellites.

2019-11-03 18:12:15 UTC

But they wont share what they see.

2019-11-03 18:13:35 UTC

No I mean that you showed me 3 diagrams, the first two had 3 orbits, the last (non-simplified) model has 2. Is there a reason behind that?

2019-11-03 18:14:44 UTC

No, all of those are the sun...

2019-11-03 18:14:52 UTC

At different times of the year

2019-11-03 18:23:29 UTC

Aah okay, I see

2019-11-03 18:24:03 UTC

How does the sun move between those orbits? Is there a force involved?

2019-11-03 18:24:34 UTC

I askes that once i got th3 response: `God determines their path`

2019-11-03 18:25:11 UTC

Suuuuuuure

2019-11-03 18:26:58 UTC

what *does* determine the suns path on a FE model ?

2019-11-03 18:28:07 UTC

also, denser things do fall, but *why* do they fall on a FE model ?

2019-11-03 18:28:35 UTC

And what determines the direction of falling?

2019-11-03 18:32:10 UTC

Nice try, but if your explanation held true the sun would be measurably larger in angular size at noon than at any other time of the day. Instead of setting, it would disappear in a bright point as it approaches but never quite reaches the horizon. At sunset and at noon the sun never changes from .53 degrees across.

2019-11-03 18:32:34 UTC

you still haven't explained gravity.

2019-11-03 18:37:23 UTC

It's all on perspective.
