I'm already doing a stupid move in Pokemon Sun/Moon, and I'm getting flak for it :3

I caught three of the Tapu pokemon in *Beast Balls*

needless to say that's gotten some heads turned for better or worse xD

What

Beast Balls have a 0.1x catch rate modifier, Pokeballs have a 1x catch rate

Tapus have a catch rate of 3 (the lowest possible)

legendaries are hard enough to catch already

ergo, it's really a stupid move to try to catch a legendary in a pokeball that's *WORSE* Than a normal/regular one

but damn well impressive if pulled off because that's going against the **VERY WORST** possible odds no less

Holy fuck

catch rate for Pokemon means their difficulty in a successful catch of course, so the higher the number, the better

3 is the lowest possible (usually for legendaries) without being *absolutely impossible* to catch

I can't even picture that. My ceiling is only like 7ft..... So a 6ft dresser would be almost touching the cieling... Then to have stuff ontop of it....

My doors are 6ft. It'd be a pain just getting it into the house.

Funny story: yes

Full explanation: as long as you're on the UB sidequest, you have access to the Beast Balls; just toss the balls onto pokemon in the PC, and talk to Looker. Ask him about the Beast Balls, and he'll give you one more. Ideally you get 7 at a time from him, giving the pokemon in your party the balls he gives you, for a total of 7, then just run to a pokemon center and dump those balls onto pokemon in the PC

In theory, the most balls you can carry/have is the total pokemon in PC plus 6 in party plus one

But that will take waaaay too long for slow yields
