I don't advocate for shooting people in the lung or the head, just for neutralizing threats. A bullet through the foot or a zap aren't neccessarily lethal. If someone rushes at a cop with the intent to kill and gets killed as a result, it is fair game imo

I wouldn't see this method of approach failing in that specific case.
