not just one person, almost everyone needs to be off of video, maybe except 2 or 3 people

One of his guys he trained used excessive force in the wrong situation. New sheriff is trying to blame my friend for it. Investigation found no wrongdoing with old sheriff. They just don't want to pay his retirement.
