i'd agree on thought crimes being BS, but there is a decent argument for what is more likely to be of no help and what could be helpful (psychologically) so far as anything related to sexual thoughtcrimes and people stuck working their way through them....the only consistency i have found is if from the getgo most people see it as something satirical, something that can't be taken serious, its usually helpful, if its just gross-out humor, ackward, alarming and shameful nothing good comes of it as its more likely to give somebody a complex
