Digibro will run headlong into people attacking Loli
Because it is freedom of speech.
You may have freedom of speech, but shall not fear consequences from the government.
I admire him for that.
He's as sickened as I am by the lack of balls from payment processors.
You will face consequences for hateful rhetoric by the hands of the citizens.
About the Fire in a Crowded Theater: https://reason.com/volokh/2015/05/11/shouting-fire-in-a-crowded-the
Also, the judge that issued the statement later worked to undo the argument and considered it something of a mistake.
But I think the problem we're ultimately facing here is that those with a career in politics aren't really inventivized to do much beyond keeping the boat from rocking
You could lose followers, your business could loose income, people could avoid you, and your family could disown ya.
By any means necessary
But all these actions are not from the government aka the point.
When the government starts handing down punishment for your speech, free speech is dead.
I think the cultural ideal of free speech extends beyond the legal
Like I think there should be a social stigma against firing for privately held opinions, for instance
The weird thing about payment processors is that it's presumably what the regulators like the CFPB are for.
You have free speech, but you can rightfully get social stigmatized due to certain hateful rhetoric.
Regulators, atleast traditionally, have been against blacklisting for thigns not expressly illegal.
It's supposed to be that the government's lack of ability to restrict, unfolds as an inspiration to the citizens
But all these fuckhead ingrates
"Ha well.. THAT'S JUST GOVERNMENT"
"WE CAN PIECES OF SHIT!! XD"
I really don't like SJW's using corporations and government powers to punish people for certain speech.
But the regulators seem to be pushing it, if anything.
These people rock the boat and could cause trouble. Are you surprised?
If you're a loli artist in the states, there's NO WAY to accept payment online.
@Dusty Morgan Me neither. It's really surreal seeing the left defending large corporations because it's being used to harass and silence.
Even though it's perfectly legal.
That's ridiculous.
It's not always fun to defend liberty.
That's because the left is still fairly neolib
Why is everyone so quiet about this shit.
They just have socialist shit as the endgame
It's the progressives. The more hardcore, the more they get behind it.
Yes. They want to use corps to shut out the competition, and consolidated power is easier to control
The DSA chapters on unis spend most of their time just harassing conservative students and trying to get other groups to ostracize them.
**WHY IS IT SO QUIET IN HERE**
By the way, have you guys heard about a socialist politician is encouraging socials to infiltrate Elementary, Middle School, and High Schools to further socialism?
Wew
@Scribblehatch because it's work time on a weekday. And We don't have people really pushing conversations (RIP Shivrangi)
They mostly been focusing on colleges, but recently they are pushing to infiltrate those schools.
Apparently the Canuck military is being infiltrated by commies
They want to gain complete foothold on our schools, culture, and news.
Why is the Master Card story not CONSTANTLY ON THE NEWS
Which does not bode well for our special forces operational success rate
@Dusty Morgan they already have.
I'm not sure what extra foothold they want.
We now have CREDIT CARDS dictating their morals.
Because the lefty outlets don't care about Jihadwatch and shit
There's not much more to gain.
It's advantageous to their current position
There's only 2 credit cards accepted everywhere.
We need to start fighting back, demanding the school board to fire any teacher that tries to push dogma in schools.
No, they do. They want them eliminated.
Schools are suppose to be for teaching and education only.
something something private company something
I also think we need more hands on classes to be honest.
Private company until it's my friends
@Dusty Morgan And when you do they'll suddenly become free speechers. I've seen it happen.
^
Maybe intern students to jobs when they are in high school, getting them used to utilizing what they learn.
Been proposed. The issue is it's really hard to place that many students.
>expecting a school board to fire a teacher for pushing the dogma they agree with.
And it doesn't really change much.
Lately... there is apparently more jobs than citizens.
And that's the first issue. How many people here have voted in the school board.
Well we need to do something about it Grenade.
school boards are a joke
they are filled with the same people who staff HOAs
This ^
I know several far lefties who are *on* the school board. I've never met anyone right of center who even bothered to vote.
I really want to see schools educating their worth.
Why not just Free State Project that shit?
Become more efficient in their teaching.
Well for 1, the FSP hasn't been too successful from what I can tell.
Oh did it start to flounder?
It didn't get enough people in and it has the usual problems libertarians run into: no cohesion.
HOAs and School boards are you standard government in micro scale, and are just as corrupt
you could probably use them for case studies
Sure.
But that's not really changing anything.
I'm serious. Do you know who is on your local school board?
No looking it up.
Oh sure, like it seemed really hippie libertarian when I looked at it
But the idea is sound
If you don't, there's the first problem.
Four major things I think will make schools better....
- Offer After-school Clubs
- Create More Hands On Classes
- Intern Students To Utilize What They are Taught
- Cut out teachers doing political and religious dogma.
The 1st 3 are already being done in places.
The last one actually runs into 1st amendment issues.
hokago tea time will make schools better
>pick an area to move into
>form a voting block along certain ideological principles
>slowly push the area into the desired direction
I'd say the bigger issue is that the right usually plays silent and doesn't organize well.
Like SJW tactics but to return things back to normal
But but what about gender diversity classes ?
Hmm... something needs to be done. Teachers pushing dogma on our students, yet ignoring the teaching material is becoming a problem.
schools are nothing more than daycare's
Agree, but it's not an easy problem to fix.
I've been thinking about it for a long time.
