I find that connection with a lot of the people I interact with, but it’s probably more due to the fact, that people in general get less sleep as whole, rather than a strange link. I think anxiety and stress life is a lot more complicated. Especially with social media, the internet, the constant flow of ideas.m that we can gather and learn from. The number of mistakes that we can now make. Are growing at a rate that no other generation has had to deal with. I don’t have numbers or facts to back this statement. This is just an observation. So I guess you could say that the connection isn’t some out of world link, which I do believe in ways those do exist. But more accurately it’s one of technology.

It’s quite philosophical in ways. It’s also probably one of the ideas that crosses over into science and could be proven one way or the other.

most homes now have smart meters, live way too close to cell towers, all those harmful frequencies affect sleep patterns..etc cause insomnia, blood pressure issues..

So there’s technology effecting us at a basic level

And just our basic health in general

we are doing this to ourselves though.. 15 years ago we didnt have radiation towers (cell towers) in every city, and in the crazy amounts. nor did we have smart meters. all of these devices are extremely dangerous to the human body. yet the utility companies and others get away with it because the citizens don't say anything, are just complacent

me personally, I asked the city to replace my smart utility meter for an analog meter that doesn't emit any rf radiation.. people just need to ask thats all
