It sounds like that's all you need for Vitalcheck, so once you get your birth cert you can then get your social security card

That was quick, I'm glad to hear that; social security card looks like it's next because from what I can tell (https://www.stateofflorida.com/drivers-license/) you need that along with your birth cert to get your driver's license.
