Just between you and I, I'm pretty messed up with this sciatic nerve issue down my back and leg. I'm seeing a chiropractor and I know it's just gonna take time, but it's frustrating. Today I could hardly sit down or get out of a car without agonizing pain...taking a crap is a similar story. Anyway, I feel like a bitch, but I'm gonna eventually get over it somehow. It's just gonna take time to heal and stop the inflammation. Seeing the chiropractor again this week. I don't really want anyone else to know, but I felt like making you aware in case this lasts longer than expected.

My hip is slightly jacked as well. I think you and I should have a mandatory yoga day in our routine
