"Why do you want to join the organization?" Has no question number

The fitness question, currently SEQ7, needs additional follow up questions. Height, weight, and cardio fitness is necessary knowledge to gauge the overall fitness and capability of the interviewee.

TEQ1 I need clarification on why the word Fringe is used.

RETURNING MEMBERS SECTION: I must restate the need to go over questions 1-4 of the normal interview, in order to get solid information about where to send his record and for verification of his age. Not having these questions included in the Returning Member script leaves a significant chance that these questions could be overlooked if an interviewee joins the room and immediately says that they are a returning member. An interviewer unfamiliar with the new process could scroll all the way down to the Returning Member script and miss those questions.

UNAFFILIATE QUESTION SECTION: UAQ1 is redundant with UAQ8. The reason why I proposed to move "Which event do you wish to attend?" further back is to frontload the same basic questions of a normal interview. All of that information is important for us to know about anyone who will be going to one of our events. After those questions, getting into the conversation of who he knows, which event he is going to, and how he will conduct himself can flow easier. I was unsatisfied with the amount of knowledge we collect about an Unaffiliate in the previous system, and getting all of this information will allow us to better determine who is fit to come to an event than just having the good word of a current member.

UAQ11 needs correction.

UAQ12: I added the secondary question "Do you consider this strategy a good way of achieving political success?" in order to know that an Unaffiliate not only understands our activism and goals, but also considers the strategy sound. This may be assumed from the fact that he is trying to attend, but there is no such thing as a safe assumption in an interview.

Below is a draft of what I think a Returning Member Acceptance Statement should read as:

"Thank you for your participation in the first part of your evaluation. You will be moved forward in the process for further determination of your membership potential. You are not a partial or full member of the organization at this time."(We could be required to say this, or we could move on to below)
"We will be investigating your past membership and conduct in this organization and contacting members who you have said will vouch for you to determine whether or not you will be moved forward in this process. We will send you a message when we have determined whether or not you have been determined fit for another opportunity to be a member, and if you have, a local member in your area will be reaching out to you in order to discuss plans for an in-person evaluation. If you do not receive a message within the next 48 hours, message me on the interviewing server and I will be able to assist you."

Below is a draft of what I think an Unaffiliate Acceptance Statement should read as:
"Thank you for your participation in the first part of your evaluation. You will be placed into contact with a member in your area to discuss plans for an in-person evaluation. This will be through the chat server you used today to set up this interview. No more contact will be done through email. If you do not receive a message within 48 hours, message me on the interviewing server and I can assist you."

These messages are needed in order to give direction to Interviewers who are unfamiliar with the process of Returns and Unafils, and to provide the Interviewees with all necessary information and direction on what to expect and where things go from here. In my opinion, having a message like the ones above for these types of Interviewees is absolutely necessary.

Oh, and we need a Manifesto question. Preferably it would be around the questions related to Civic Nationalism and our organization.

Just so we're totally clear on the subject, is there a list of specific responsibilities that an IC must fulfill? Asking to make sure I check all the boxes.
