In this website there will be a guides section on how to set up mumble. Follow those instructions word for word exactly as they are. That will get you set up with Mumble if you follow them correctly

Well I asked Thomas last night to reset it. He said it would log me out which it didn't and I tried the new password and it still doesn't work

1 Download and Install Mumble For All Platforms (except IOS).

1 Download and Install Mumble For IOS

2 Application Setup

Mobile (IOS): Navigate to Preferences > Certificate > Generate New Certificate > Input identity to be used on server (leave email field blank) > Add server to server list, ensure you use the same identity as the new certificate

Mobile Other: it will ask to Generate Certificate > Generate

Desktop: it will ask you to Create a Certificate, just press Next through everything.

3 Connect to Server

Desktop: Connect by going to Server > Connect > Add New

Mobile (Android): Click + on the top right

Mobile (IOS): Click Favourite Servers > Select server from the list> If the list is empty press + on the top right > Input connection information > press done then select server

4 Set username to same as in RocketChat but use underscore for spaces (ie John_XX)

5 Connect to Newly Added Server

6 After the first connection to the server, click Allow or Yes on the prompt about an Untrusted Certiicate

7 Once in the server stay connected at 9PM EST, DM Thomas or NQ Vincent NY in RocketChat and tell him if you are using mobile or desktop in your account, and you will be authenticated and allowed to speak. This will only need to be done once. Each device (mobile, desktop, etc) will require its own authentication.

For technical assistance with Mumble please send a message to NQ Vincent NY on Rocketchat.

If you receive an error which ends in "For Existing User", add a digit to your username, or another special character to connect on a new deivice.

We'll settle your victory login afer this weekend
