How is Hugh doing? His weight loss, activity, communication, anything, everything.

He continues to excell in his weightloss. We talk every day, he occasionally struggles mentally with some of the stressors in his life but I believe he's on the path to handling those as well

A little irritated at his work situation getting in the way of attending events, but we do see each other and train/sticker several times a month

How is his training? His activism? How does he approach these struggles with stress?

I've got him running for 1 hour every day, in a sauna suit. He also hits planks 3 times daily, I think his longest is presently 3 and half minutes. Same with push-ups and pullups, his push-ups will take time, they're only at like 10. His pullups are still not at one, mostly having him work dead hangs

He also comes to train martial arts with me once a week or every other week, good to see him making the couple hour drive

His activism looks to be slacking a little bit, although he's been on point during any group activities

He's doing a pretty good job of reaching out to me, and other brothers, for support during hardships. It sounds like the worst is behind him, I expect a few more months and he'll be consistently scoring high across the board

He's also developing his spiritual faith, which is giving him more of an edge when motivation drops for whatever reason

Hey when would be a good time for a phone call? I'm navigating some of the doxxing here, it could be worse but could better.
