Essentially when a user uploads a photo to #activism the caption of that photo will be sent to a webhook on the vetting server via POST. It'll be parsed by the vetting server into a spreadsheet organized by Location, City, State. It knows to avoid duplicates and random messages that aren't locations.

Can then easily be imported to OpenStreetMaps to create the activism map.

Ok, next step would be to display that map On our website. I have some specific features that need to be implemented
