I was going to say pat downs mandatory, and electronic devices taken at security checkpoint, never give phones back until after the event.

There was a choice made to differ from before. IDay had a massive crate of everyone's phones unaccounted for at the return and delayed. Massive risk. Calamitous if captured or lost. I made a call to change it and have phones in vehicles, one on and the others off.

Perhaps it wasn't the right call. Perhaps if we had done it as before, it would have been even worse. It is hard to say. New methods will be altogether amended.

BTW almost none of them took the infosec guides serious. We have gone over it quite a bit, I've told them tons of times to ditch social media, and get www.joindeleteme.com, and most didn't do that. As a result they are at risk of being doxxed. However since 2 were doxxed they all have finally done it.

tyler has relocated away from seattle, Leo so far is fine, They never got his address. Both members cleaned up their infosec.

It's been a work of progress. We had a great talk about pretending like a microphone is on you at all times, especially on the server.

Christopher AZ was interested in coming back to help us, but only to help with cyber security. Doesn't want to risk his job, but he did just do cyber security, landed a great job doing it. I know we don't have a ton of tech team guys. Just an idea.

It's all or nothing. If he wants to help us then he needs to put up. If he can't do that, then he needs to just be fine with his complicit status.
