Go to that link. There you will find instructions on creating and authenticating a mumble account. Mumble is the platform we use for voice chatting. You will also find "the guides" at that link. These are documents that you need to read. They contain information ranging from basic conduct to security protocols, from how to place stickers properly to how to make banners. You are required to read every single guide, and you should ask myself or @Eric MI questions if you have any after reading them.

Don't worry, you're not expected to master everything by reading about it, but reading all of the guides helps you understand how to protect your personal information as a member and gives you a general idea on how we perform different types of activism.
