PF existed years before Q. PF is genuinely radical. PF does not collect data on members. PF has been on gab since 2017. The slogans are not legally actionable, or terroristic. Victory Or Death was the battle cry at the Battle of The Alamo, and a passphrase at the Crossing of The Delaware. They're as American as apple pie.

The mask, like the shield, is a tool as well as a symbol. The mask symbolizes uniformity, that the activist could be anyone. It is a blank slate of identity through which only the most salient aspects of deed and word emerge. It is one who has abandoned pursuit of fame or celebrity in seeking a better world, and affirmed himself as part of a greater collective.

You don't need a permit to march and demonstrate anywhere in the public spaces of any city. The police were not informed prior and simply formed up around the march to prevent violence from taking place. PF had their shields screening their sides, and the police had theirs.

This is a great example of PF's nonviolent, yet defensive, posture. That march had 5 or so violent opposition, and nearly 200 marchers. If the goal was to stage and win a fight, then it's no contest. However, the goal was to protect activists and leave safely. Which happened.

They're not. They can be ordered in bulk from warehouses by anyone who can pay for the shipping. There may be some models that are only available to govt. agencies, but you could buy one of those yourself. The steel shields appear to be made themselves.
