Something I was thinking about. I would like to recommend Henry for Network Director of Network 7. I have been following what they are doing closely and keeping in contact with him, tyler, and other members regarding their progress and overall local situation. Henry has improved greatly on his minor issues in the time that I have gone. Him and Tyler are regularly getting a good amount of guys out and doing activism, every weekend they have at least one thing planned, but often multiple meetups. There is great momentum in the area and him and Tyler balance each others personality perfectly.

Starting in the new year I would like to have them be completely autonomous, meaning I am no longer providing direct input for their actions. Since I will be in PA soon, I think it is time to cut the cord. Of course I will help them if they ask me for anything, but I think it will be somewhat symbolic that they are more than capable without me. To be honest, I don't feel like they have needed my input at all for the past two months.

I'm proud of them and what they have done, just wanted to give me two cents for when things settle down a little after the demo.
