The fact of the matter is, I have asked every person in the org for their attendance, and followed up with every person who said they couldn't make it. In the case of Networked members, I went through your ND and received this information.

I am following up on a task I was given, nobody is out to get you, it's my job to understand the reasons why people are not coming. If you don't show up to work, your boss might give you a call right?

I have just ordered sealing wax for the envelopes. I will be sealing them on site. They are stated to arrive tomorrow. Be sure to bring them.

Also, a shipment of flags from our Sino merchants should show up today or tomorrow. Make sure they are laid out and rolled up to remove wrinkles. Maybe give them 10m in the dryer at low heat if that gets the folds out.

Something I was thinking about. I would like to recommend Henry for Network Director of Network 7. I have been following what they are doing closely and keeping in contact with him, tyler, and other members regarding their progress and overall local situation. Henry has improved greatly on his minor issues in the time that I have gone. Him and Tyler are regularly getting a good amount of guys out and doing activism, every weekend they have at least one thing planned, but often multiple meetups. There is great momentum in the area and him and Tyler balance each others personality perfectly.

Starting in the new year I would like to have them be completely autonomous, meaning I am no longer providing direct input for their actions. Since I will be in PA soon, I think it is time to cut the cord. Of course I will help them if they ask me for anything, but I think it will be somewhat symbolic that they are more than capable without me. To be honest, I don't feel like they have needed my input at all for the past two months.

I'm proud of them and what they have done, just wanted to give me two cents for when things settle down a little after the demo.

The next step in evaluation would be a joint 7/10 meetup where you can see them in action firsthand. With Eric and Jason.
