In that last edit I guess the WA guy either were doing multiple banners that day or didn't get footage of all the banners from the perspective of the cars passing under so one can tell its not the same banner as when they are on top the overpass as what the drivers see below.
It might not make sense in the picture narrative. I'm sure I'm overthinking this and the fraction of people who will notice that is minimal, but for the sake of consistency I thought I would point it out before we published it.
