During a conversation Sam had with a member that was relayed to me, he admitted to being at or over 20% Jewish in racial admixture. This is in tow with him being a landlord and the likelihood for entanglements that sustains if his membership were to be on the table.

In the case that he was joking, then my concern would be that the joke itself is so vile, especially if left un-clarified. I have no reason to believe the person who gave me their testimony would lie about such information, considering no motive and no benefit to them, also considering the detail of said testimony.

I am not against you talking or being friends with or being a tenant of his, he could be preferable to a landlord who bears an entirely Jewish heritage in any case where finances are concerned.
