well thats the ultimate thing with diet, it seems super personal, but i think its worthwhile if every person atleast tries to figure what makes them feel better and worse rather then just eat 'garbage'

bert kreischer is technically super healthy and he eats and drinks like a pig, but to his favor hes continued good basic exercise regime his entire life which is like 1/2 the equation regardless
