That's actually one of the things I don't like about Tim. When he claims to be on the left, it's rarely more than "I support X"

He never really backs it up or puts more than a couple limits on it.

But has Tim ever talked about his family's hardship under the Japanese Occupation?

Personally, I think Tim could do some debates with prominent right-wing youtubers. That would let him also defend an explicitly left position while keeping the vid balanced.

but like i view tims understanding of race in general as just like weak, which i think he himself admits but like, nobody outside his situation really truely holds that. to me its disappointing because hes not afraid to be controversial or say uncomfortable things but on one of the biggest issues of the day its kinda stale
