They raided the 9/11 fund for victims, tried to bill the tax payers for their drunken uber rides, distributed the money from high speed rail for local pet projects, reallocated money from the lotto education money, applied drought rules to counties not short on water, LA had a literal USSR commie running a traffic comission, ect
