also finding women that can sing act nd arent attention whores (pardon the term) so they can deal with not being the lead

tho mind you it tends to be the best singer with the appropriate range that gets the lead

obvs looks matter but hey thats what the wonders of the costume department are for

and makeup

I don’t really care much about voice, I’d settle for someone reliable and willing to participate

mayeb go to the nearest LGBTQ space and get some of the dudes there

advertise it to dudes that theyd be working with alot of girls
