yeah, basically my 5-3-1 routine is what powerlifter do apparently
and ifigured out i dont need it
but i do only 2 powerliftin exercises, bench press and deadlift
you just need to have some good protein and lift light
and fats
the rest i pretty much work out with barbells, box, do sit ups and pull ups etc
so u can turn into muscle
those are good
you could also do water workouts
so you are weightless
less impact
swimming would do me good
even lifting in water
but we dont have any public pools that work during the winter
like heated etc
