If i take a picture of you and you post it, unless i gave you permission that is a copyright violation (if i post it, it COULD be a violation of your personality rights on the flip side but thats not relevant to article 13) and thats not new, thats the situation as it is, and how would they know who took the picture? Currently, theyll remove it if the copyright holder files a complaint - with article 13, they would immediatly be responsible for damages and what not.
So theyll have to filter anything they cant know with confidence who holds the copyright.

the only weight ive gained in the past like 9 years is from how ive gotten a tad taller
