So you change the sign, but that doesn't change the culture.

2018-10-03 05:08:12 UTC

I for one grew up in the scouts and we didnt dig a seperate hole to shit in for the girls

2018-10-03 05:09:48 UTC

did either of you see the new ant man

2018-10-03 05:09:53 UTC

Women are going to complain that guys farts stink up the joint, and guys are gonna be like "wtf" if they see a bloody tampon lying around. But single bathrooms would fix the trans issue... but its an issue that effects less than .03% of the American public. Is it even an issue the government should concern itself with--federally, or, municipally?

2018-10-03 05:10:10 UTC

girl farts smell better bc science

2018-10-03 05:10:22 UTC

girls don't fart i hear.

2018-10-03 05:10:34 UTC

no cuz all the shit just comes out of their mouths

2018-10-03 05:10:43 UTC

:dab:

2018-10-03 05:10:48 UTC

Nice.

2018-10-03 05:10:58 UTC

@zero_consequences my point is, it affects not just .03%

2018-10-03 05:11:04 UTC

It affects at least nearly 50%

2018-10-03 05:11:25 UTC

All men are excluded from female only restrooms. In theory vice versa, too, though thats not as enforced

2018-10-03 05:11:46 UTC

But it never mattered, because there were always two bathrooms.

2018-10-03 05:11:55 UTC

Mens, and womens.

2018-10-03 05:12:05 UTC

No, that wasnt allways the case

2018-10-03 05:12:25 UTC

And it having been allways the case wouldnt be an argument, either

2018-10-03 05:14:15 UTC

The fact that there's a womans bathroom and a general use bathroom/mens just means males are default. So I don't see where the issue is. And it was men/women bathroom for a looong time. Sure maybe 80 years ago everyone used the same room, aside from different races. But lets not get stuck on semantics.

2018-10-03 05:15:47 UTC

I dont see it as a big issue, either, but it clearly is a symptom of the misandry so common in the human species

2018-10-03 05:16:43 UTC

Youll notice the ones opposed to the lefts fixation on trannies dont say "we dont want trannies in the ladies room" they say "we dont want MEN in the ladies room"

2018-10-03 05:16:45 UTC

Theres misandry and misogyny, thats the nature of hate. We both love and hate eachother

2018-10-03 05:17:02 UTC

I dont believe misogyny is a thing tbh

2018-10-03 05:17:14 UTC

Sure, some disturbed individuals may be misogynistic

2018-10-03 05:17:29 UTC

On a societal level never has been a thing

2018-10-03 05:17:41 UTC

If you believe misandry is a thing then it's only common sense its reciprocated.

2018-10-03 05:18:09 UTC

Hehe yeah if everything was equal, yes.

2018-10-03 05:18:30 UTC

But we know for a fact that women have an ingroup bias for other women whereas men actualy ALSO prefer women.

2018-10-03 05:18:51 UTC

I'm not using the definition of misogyny that third-wave feminists use, i'm using it like a form of chauvinism. There are elements there.

2018-10-03 05:19:29 UTC

Sure, chauvinism exists. It doesnt mean you *hate* women i dont think if you are a chauvinist though

2018-10-03 05:20:19 UTC

No, it isn't just about hate. It's about a lack of respect and trust for a group of people.

2018-10-03 05:21:04 UTC

Trust me I know, I feel that for women in the general sense lol. But some women knock me on my ass and I gotta respect em.

2018-10-03 05:21:23 UTC

Let me say this, there havent been many authors advocating for killing women and cutting them up which are respected decades later

2018-10-03 05:21:59 UTC

*glances at the SCUM-Manifesto*

2018-10-03 05:22:42 UTC

Or groups of men sittign in front of a camera on TV laughing about how a guy mutilated a girls genitals

2018-10-03 05:23:19 UTC

Doesnt happen

2018-10-03 05:25:01 UTC

True. Just like in Crowder's change my mind ep posted today, the definition of a culture is tolerance and encouragement to do something. if you mean that in our society that we aren't encouraged to hate women i'd say thats true. Individual people certainly can feel that but it isn't a part of the culture

2018-10-03 05:26:43 UTC

yes, I saw the Crowder change my mind ... the hysterical woman sure wore here rape like a badge of honor, to give herself credibility. I wonder ...

2018-10-03 05:26:44 UTC

I would argue that thats a human universal tbh. Purely from a biological standpoint, we are a gynocentric species based on how our reproduction works and our psychology evolved accordingly

2018-10-03 05:26:47 UTC

We are very critical of women, as we are with men. But we're also fighting with the ghost of old media.. male-dominated pop culture which was so-dominated because it was marketed to males more than women, them being the breadwinners.

2018-10-03 05:27:31 UTC

So an argument can't really be won because any point made today can be crushed by the inequality of the sins of our fathers

2018-10-03 05:27:56 UTC

Well, i dont actualy think women were ever opressed

2018-10-03 05:28:12 UTC

Did individual women have problems with how things were run? Yes.
