I have remembered a thing

About 2 years ago I had no inner voice

I just have no idea how it appeared

Anyone had a similar experience?

Saw a vid on youtube about something similar recently

Comments in it brought up people who do not have an inner monologue

I really did only on my instincts

I see stuff in words patterns and I have the ability to project 3D objects in my head

That I couldn't do before

there was a discussion about aphantasia in <#398973785426100234> earlier, seems to be a different phenomenon than inner monologues

I could always see images

But the voice is relatively new and the projection of patterns and objects is too

remember the meme with the woman with numbers and equations flying past her to represent thinking

I can project such stuff

Someone in the comments section of his video earlier had brought up a discussion about inner monologue

Check out Julian Jaynes' 1976 book "The Origin of Consciousness in the Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind"

Also I developed multiple artistic interests. I wrote poems for some time and rn I am into drawing and occasionally poems

My poems are lost when we moved into US unfortunately

It was mostly about my life and thoughts I had

Poems are usually better when lost
