So I should get better ears for comms? I have Howard Leight Impact Sports - awesome stuff, but it just has the audio jack, no mic

2020-03-26 01:25:13 UTC

The razors has a Jack in them. I’ve never tested them with any kind of comms setup

2020-03-26 01:29:58 UTC

Ahh. I just wanted y'all's input on radios, comms, stuff to run with a headset

2020-03-26 13:51:19 UTC

@LickMiNoodle oh derp derp night I had a retarded moment excuse me. Lol.

2020-03-26 16:03:18 UTC

2020-03-26 22:44:29 UTC

Magpul lower build kit
PSA BCG,charging handle and upper parts kit

2020-03-28 04:10:45 UTC

Nice

2020-03-28 04:12:19 UTC

I'd look into upgrading the charging handle as one of your first replacement parts.

2020-03-28 04:13:30 UTC

PSA makes some good BCGs and some that are just OK, so it depends on which one it is as to if you'd wanna keep that one long term.

2020-03-28 04:16:08 UTC

Dry fire the trigger a few thousand times to get it smooth. Just don't drop the hammer on the lower when it's just by itself. Gotta catch it with either the upper being in place, or your thumb so it doesn't damage the impact point on the lower.

2020-03-28 04:16:23 UTC

I grabbed an auto BCG I am aware ....it'll fuck my lower

2020-03-28 04:16:58 UTC

Dry fire exercises are good practice, when done well.

2020-03-28 04:17:40 UTC

This one?

2020-03-28 04:17:40 UTC

I have been practicing dry fire. The goal is to hit the trigger in a manner that the rifle does not away.

2020-03-28 04:19:29 UTC

"PSA 5.56 Nitride MPI Full-Auto Bolt Carrier Group - 516446953" this was on my receipt, in my recent orders

2020-03-28 04:19:34 UTC

So yea.

2020-03-28 04:22:31 UTC

@Creedmoor why ya need to know fam?

2020-03-28 04:23:38 UTC

Cuz it tells me a lot about the quality.

2020-03-28 04:24:10 UTC

The steel has been magnetically tested for integrity.

2020-03-28 04:24:32 UTC

And the gas key should be properly staked with grade 8 fasteners.

2020-03-28 04:25:29 UTC

So....I accidentally got a good one? Lol, I saw "auto BCG" and thought "it being made for full auto, it will likely cause less trauma to the hammer"

2020-03-28 04:25:55 UTC

Prolly a stupid line of thought....but eh

2020-03-28 04:26:01 UTC

They do sell better ones, but it's not bottom of the barrel either lol.

2020-03-28 04:26:06 UTC

Should be fine.

2020-03-28 04:26:51 UTC

I don't think of done bottom of the barrel in anything but my stripped receivers, maybe the charging handle

2020-03-28 04:27:20 UTC

Yeah I'd fix the charging handle pretty quickly once it's complete.

2020-03-28 04:27:36 UTC

Any suggestions?

2020-03-28 04:27:58 UTC

They are instrumental in fixing some major malfunctions, and if it breaks you're FUBAR.

2020-03-28 04:28:30 UTC

Yes, the Radian Raptor

2020-03-28 04:28:47 UTC

It in PSA or will I need an external site?

2020-03-28 04:29:36 UTC

I'm not sure if they sell it. I don't recall seeing it on there.

2020-03-28 04:29:47 UTC

Hmm lemme check

2020-03-28 04:33:17 UTC

Yeah, I don't know what the "SD" designation indicates. You'd have to research on Radians site as to what variations they have.

2020-03-28 04:33:28 UTC

Primary has it in stock.

2020-03-28 04:34:33 UTC

I'll grab that when I get my magazines, I plan on grabbing Magpul pmags
