PSA barrel?

2020-03-30 20:30:57 UTC

Naw, PSA sold out of 16"

2020-03-30 20:31:10 UTC

I'm on Brownells for my barrel stuff par the handguard

2020-03-30 20:31:29 UTC

What brand barrel you looking at?

2020-03-30 20:31:43 UTC

Better not be BCA

2020-03-30 20:32:44 UTC

Never heard of nemo

2020-03-30 20:33:01 UTC

Nemo is small.

2020-03-30 20:33:10 UTC

Me neither

2020-03-30 20:36:56 UTC

Yea doesn't come with gas block. But better known than Nemo

2020-03-30 20:38:38 UTC

Or this one. Shoots both 5.56 and .223 pressure loads, while still having the quality accuracy that normal 5.56 barrels lack

2020-03-30 20:39:58 UTC

I haven't seen a barrel that comes with a gas block

2020-03-30 20:40:37 UTC

There's lots that do. But usually at a higher price. Unless it's BCA

2020-03-30 20:41:03 UTC

I can go with that 165....the other breaks the bank.

2020-03-30 20:41:32 UTC

That 165 actually saves me money to put into other areas

2020-03-30 20:41:51 UTC

Yep, while still having a quality barrel

2020-03-30 20:48:08 UTC

So I did the maths

2020-03-30 20:48:25 UTC

123 to play with now which is good.

2020-03-30 20:48:32 UTC

Some of it can't go into guns

2020-03-30 21:06:32 UTC

From what I hear Nemo is a high end company, but then SoLGW is definitely top tier.

2020-03-30 21:19:42 UTC

So my brother wants to split the cost of a jig and router and have me do some 80%s

2020-03-30 21:19:56 UTC

Sounds like a plan

2020-03-30 21:20:02 UTC

So I might be looking into a build shortly

2020-03-30 21:20:07 UTC

Go with 5D

2020-03-30 21:20:18 UTC

5D jig?

2020-03-30 21:20:24 UTC

Very simple jig to use from all the videos I've been watching

2020-03-30 21:20:34 UTC

It's pricey tho

2020-03-30 21:20:44 UTC

How pricey

2020-03-30 21:21:17 UTC

The pro jig, with endmill for the router I'm buying, $280

2020-03-30 21:21:29 UTC

Ouch

2020-03-30 21:21:37 UTC

🧐

2020-03-30 21:21:45 UTC

Yep ouch. But watch the videos for it before you're put off by it

2020-03-30 21:21:52 UTC

But it comes with the bit

2020-03-30 21:22:05 UTC

So...I'm gonna start looking at optics that are low price.....any ideals where I should start? Not necessarily for this paycheck but maybe the next.

2020-03-30 21:22:18 UTC

Def want a good quality bit

2020-03-30 21:22:20 UTC

I had to add the readymill bit to the purchase

2020-03-30 21:22:56 UTC

The readymill is said to last 30-50 lowers before needing the bit piece replaced. Of course that's if you're babying the bit

2020-03-30 21:23:16 UTC

Yeah I would baby the shit out of it

2020-03-30 21:23:34 UTC

Then it'll last awhile. The readymill set is only $45
