My prediction is that Trudeau gets a minority government next year and then gets voted out
But that's based on nothing lol
Trudeau spook me what should i make of him
tbh
besides just spooky duder
I honestly don't know
Sometimes he looks like a fool
And other times, he looks malevolent
I've seen some clips from question period in parliament and he's never answered a question
He just prattles on about nothing
And that whole Quebec debacle when he called an old lady at a rally a racist for asking about the budget
I still find it amazing how utterly benign the npc meme was yet certain kinds of folks still got triggered as fuck over it
Woof
i will admit to liking Jordan Memerson, but way way before he existed what i always really admired out of canada was your reasoned conservatives
who is that hockey guy with the stupid jackets
that guy
Don Cherry
He's a meme
Used to coach the Bruins
maybe hes a meme but in many cases he made more good conservative points then americans did
JPB is good. For a while, the conservatives were akin the to dems in the US
But now both the dems and libs here have gone off the deep end
And there's an even further left party, the NDP, here lmao
JBP uber fanboys annoy me
But I'm banking on Mad Max and the PPC
and this isn't a fault of JBP but what annoys me is there are like 100 people like him that should have more exposure
not conservative or liberal specifically, just similarly academics
That's the problem with following people. I like people but it's the ideas that are more important.
I think JPB has good critics like when he said Kavanaugh should step down after the nomination
I disavowed
so i see him and i see well reasoned arguments and i know it could be far more topics and people... but i can't be angry at him because he made a good point if notyhing else about academics being socially relevant
like say i hated jordan peterson
i should still like him for advertising that idea
@Dan V I think it's more accurate that NYC's homicide rate has undercut Toronto's
You don't need to like someone personally in order to like their ideas
actually, maybe there's some increasing trend in Toronto homicide that I was not aware of
@xorgy that's possible. I think the idea of banning guns that is being promoted in order to reduce homicides is very stupid, though
Didn't work too well in London
Well, we knew that already, lol.
What if we took all the Mexicans, and moved them to Germany!
