I don't think Biden is a bad guy, I just think he's being poorly advised. Even with the Ukraine dealings I think he was looking out for his sons interests, which is admirable to some degree (even though he strong armed a foreign country while VP). But as it pertains to the presidency, Biden is not mentally sound to be the president.
