i kindof see what they are going for but its irresponsible what i dont find smart is Age of Concent here for me is 16 but you can only get a Learners license at 16 and a drivers at 18 and you can only drink if your 23

Well in the case of drivers licenses I am not as versed on other states, but in my state you can only get your driver's license at 18 but if your under that and had a learner's permit for half a year plus a certain amount of on the road experience then it is okay to get your license under 18
