Yeah that sound about right

2018-10-26 06:03:46 UTC

Some states will charge 2 minors with statutory rape if they had sexual relations

2018-10-26 06:03:56 UTC

Some wont

2018-10-26 06:04:02 UTC

That's retarded

2018-10-26 06:04:04 UTC

people sometimes forget that each state in the US from what i was explained is kindof like its own country and culture difference for people who dont travel within the US are unaware about how things are done across the different states

2018-10-26 06:04:11 UTC

Some have consent at 18, some at 16

2018-10-26 06:04:26 UTC

and some punishements are more harsh then others im geussing ?

2018-10-26 06:04:56 UTC

@Swedishmafia101 your the MVP for letting me listen to that lol you made my day

2018-10-26 06:05:11 UTC

The punishment is always harsher on the boy or man who is charged

2018-10-26 06:05:34 UTC

* dabs in silence *

2018-10-26 06:05:50 UTC

But yeah for the most part the punishment varies based on severity

2018-10-26 06:06:08 UTC

Well is there any Turn around On Victems of False Accusations ? because i saw some stats that the US overall dont believe this Victem Complex due to the False Accusation amounts

2018-10-26 06:07:00 UTC

Some states are even weirder, the consent laws make it legal to consent at 15-17 if the person your with is also 15-17.

2018-10-26 06:07:11 UTC

hmmm

2018-10-26 06:07:19 UTC

So same age concent ?

2018-10-26 06:07:31 UTC

do you have to be the same Age Bracket ?

2018-10-26 06:07:53 UTC

Not if your 18+ but under 18 yes

2018-10-26 06:08:45 UTC

i kindof see what they are going for but its irresponsible what i dont find smart is Age of Concent here for me is 16 but you can only get a Learners license at 16 and a drivers at 18 and you can only drink if your 23

2018-10-26 06:09:17 UTC

They bumped up the last one a few years ago

2018-10-26 06:11:17 UTC

Well in the case of drivers licenses I am not as versed on other states, but in my state you can only get your driver's license at 18 but if your under that and had a learner's permit for half a year plus a certain amount of on the road experience then it is okay to get your license under 18

2018-10-26 06:13:23 UTC

Hmm

2018-10-26 06:13:52 UTC

If you cause serious accident on the road because of Reckless driving do you lose your license ?

2018-10-26 06:14:05 UTC

lol

2018-10-26 06:14:18 UTC

Yes and no

2018-10-26 06:14:24 UTC

so it depends

2018-10-26 06:14:43 UTC

i heard in Australia you lose your License for Life depending on what you did

2018-10-26 06:14:53 UTC

If you were drunk or otherwise intoxicated, or you dont pay the fine they can suspend your license

2018-10-26 06:15:02 UTC

Damn

2018-10-26 06:15:21 UTC

over here they expect a bribe

2018-10-26 06:15:54 UTC

Its well known in my country if you travel Past Witbank you have to hold a R100 Note outside your window to give it to the traffic control pulling you over to let you go

2018-10-26 06:16:13 UTC

That's just corruption

2018-10-26 06:16:16 UTC

it is

2018-10-26 06:16:20 UTC

and we cant do shit about it

2018-10-26 06:16:39 UTC

Its internal Adminstration corruption and Police corruption in general

2018-10-26 06:16:47 UTC

That's why America is the greatest, I got a gun for that

2018-10-26 06:17:03 UTC

indeed

2018-10-26 06:17:43 UTC

Lol WE dont and our crime is higher then the US and someone in the US said yeah . . .take away the guns man you wont have as much Crime. we have 3 guns for every 100 people in the Us its almost 1 gun per person and more guns owned then the population some people own multiple guns we can only own up to a shotgun or a pistol

2018-10-26 06:18:19 UTC

Sounds like sweden

2018-10-26 06:18:25 UTC
