During apartheid?
and enforced by the currecnt goverment
Interesting...
Yeah
It was supposed to reduce racial tension
That changes my perspective on that.
Racism only breeds more racism
^
Thats the point
But our current goverment does not see it that way they blame EVERYthing on Colonialism and aparheid when they failed to fix the there mess for 23 Years
Still that law was created to stop it, Id argue trying to force it back into the tube only makes it explode later down the line if they are not listened to
it now only use is to use it on minority groups
What I mean was, making it a law only means people hide it.
It still dosent solve it.
Hell its something you cant force.
Yeah
it can be misuses
like i was in a argument with a guy and he tried to get me to say the racial slur
Was gonna say, it was just another vector for the govt to start policing language
And its easy for someone to accuse another of that la
then youd be surprised
In the US people still accuse men of rape
That shit is fucked up
And get away with it, if even the worlds most progressive nation cant fix it.
Because rape is a seriouse problem in my country
I dont think and I mean no offense when I say it, some random state in SA can fix it
Over here if a woman Accuses a man of rape with Stats like ours
they will believe them
if 1 out of 7 men admit to rape and 110 rapes per day
im sure you would believe her here
But the US is nowhere near that level
Statisticall she is likely to be correct.
But the problem was, remember that study?
Yeah? i saw the arguements for the US rape culture
the one that asked women how safe their countries war?
Actually the one that asked women if they were assaulted sexually
The problem is not the rate at which guilty people are convicted
And somehow the US was in the top 3 most dangerous
It's the rate at which innocent people are locked up
higher than places where rape is a weapon to subjugate populations
