@phadreus and here you show you are clueless your moron, my cousin had 3% (admittedly he had to gain fat) and he had abs, I myself am more concerned with leg and arm strength because I am swimmer/martial arts
I've been intermittent fasting for a good two months and it seem to be consistently lowering my body fat. Idk what percentage it's at but my gut used to stick out beyond my pectorals and now my pectorals take forward prominence over my gut.
