Well there was a comic arc where Thor (after being dead from the ragnarok comic) comes back to life and literally summons castle asgard to a field in bumfuck nowhere oklahoma

and goes on a quest to ressurect the other asgardians, hiding on earth within mortal souls

adapt that shit, plunk asgard in norway like Ragnarok set up

and have Thor become a background character like fury was between avengers films

King Thor is too busy being a king to jump in every time some powered dickhead starts shit
