The overall morals Christianity teaches are the same as almost all other religions and nearly all communities follow the same morals. They didn't start from religion and they can exist without them

If everyone was religious they'd still be immoral if the parents didn't teach any of that to their kids
The point being the church as an organisation does that filling the gaps where parents don't
