And you can still do that, if you pay them a decent wage
Again, if you want to be wealthy, you need to create value not leech off other peoples value.
yk... idk how ford innovated without getting paid by himself
at the start
yk
how did that work
@OneTrueGod Doesn't work that way though. Companies require employees long before .01 to .05 percent of the profits are enough to constitute a livable wage.
Prob had a job and starting ford was a side project
> @OneTrueGod There's a problem with linking wages directly to overall company profits though.

@Seven Proxies incorrect, this would actually supercharge small companies because, since their gdp is smaller, they'd be able to pay basically whatever they want
So what?
@phadreus Erm what?
I don't think a company that cannot pay employees a decent wage should have employees
I would shed no tears in that regard
<:pepelaugh:544857300179877898>
>being able to pay lower wages means they won't exist
????
How does that make sense?
look at what we have?, whole economies propped up on a working class that cannot buy more than basic amenities and can't buy property!
They can pay whatever wage they want at that point
the banks should have been allowed to fail really
@phadreus I don't think it would solve any of the problems though
All company owners have to do is start several, smaller companies
That do not have as much individual gdp
@Seven Proxies What it would do is get rid of the extremes on both sides
its the government bailouts and gov injection of money through central banking that has created so much inflation
Worse, we have faggots that look down on everyone and demean them for how much they earn
Less billionaires
Less poverty
But where the profits are still raked in by a board of directors
its not really just the billionaires themselves
> All company owners have to do is start several, smaller companies
@Seven Proxies we make it illegal
or the act of being a billionaire in itself... per se
Look at that video from last week, some woman turned up at a burger king that was on fire and demanded the employees who had evacuated get her a refund
<:thinking_clown:590855640268668928>
@phadreus Sorry but it won't work
Its what these people are doing with their funds...
Unlimited government intervention <:pepelaugh:544857300179877898>
and she called them stupid when they refused, saying "This is why you work at burger king"
what... certain. people.
